We had a great time hosting our first Lifestyle Workshop for members with Diana Goldman from Beantown Kitchen on April 2!
Attendees wanted to learn what “plant-based eating” is, and how to incorporate more plants into their meals. They met new people and ate a meal together, and left with a copy of Diana’s cookbook. It was a fun evening! All members have access to the recipes we used.
Diana explained the benefits of plant-based eating, helped us make Kale Salad with Black Beans and Mango and showed us how to make a delicious Chocolate Mousse (with a surprisingly healthy ingredient!). Check out our Facebook and Instagram accounts to see more pictures!
