Member Event: Relax, Recharge, and Reset: Using Music as a Stress Reduction Tool

Feeling overwhelmed? Need a moment to breathe and reset? Join our next Lifestyle Medicine workshop for members, where we’ll dive into one of the most effective—and enjoyable—ways to manage stress: music.

In this experiential session, you’ll discover how music can be a powerful ally in calming the mind, improving focus, and lifting your mood. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how music interacts with the body’s stress response and walk away with practical, easy-to-use techniques to help you feel more grounded anytime, anywhere.

Whether you’re a lifelong music lover or someone who just enjoys a relaxing playlist, this workshop will equip you with new tools to support your emotional well-being—no musical experience required!
