Highlight: October Walk with a Doc – Physical Therapy!

Meaghan White of My Physical Therapy answered four common questions about physical therapy: Why is it important? How can you tell if you are getting “great” physical therapy? Why is it important to do your exercises between sessions? And, what should you do after physical therapy has ended?

We are proud to be part of the 20-year-old Walk With A Doc movement, which has hundreds of active chapters around the world. These doctor-led walking groups are safe, fun, and free community events where participants learn about a health topic from a healthcare professional, take a walk (or roll) at their own pace, and meet new people.

Our next walk will be held on November 7 at 8:45am in Wellesley, and we’ll be talking about the lessons we learned about Blue Zones and Longevity from our events that week.

Walk with a Doc is open to everyone (not only members!). We walk the first Friday of every month. Learn more and RSVP here!
